Construction of the last technical floor has been completed, and installation and finishing work is currently underway. A veined glass façade already covers 18 floors of the planned 40, which together offer 47,000 sqm of office space. Each floor is unique thanks to the building's sculpted massing. Jaroslaw Zagorski, managing director of Ghelamco Poland, stresses that The Bridge stands out from other Warsaw skyscrapers and will become a recognizable element of the city.
The Bridge will be certified under the SmartScore, WiredScore at Platinum level, WELL, BREEAM, Green Building Standard and Barrier-Free Facility systems. The building is to be energy neutral and powered by 100% clean energy, including photovoltaic farms. Connected to Bellona's historic building via an 18-meter lobby, The Bridge will also incorporate Bellona's renovated lobby with colonnade and representative staircase into its structure. Bellona's floors will feature modern office space, while the first floor will include service space with a restaurant and café. Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025.
