Nowy Targ is a seven-storey building in the very centre of Wrocław, which was put into use at the end of July this year. The facility has 21 000 sq m of office space and 195 parking spaces on two underground floors. Tenants include Tillberg Design of Sweden, Fresenius Netcare, Schaeffler and SpyroSoft SA.

The project is located on one of the three main squares in Wrocław’s Old Town, right next to the historic town hall. It is very well connected with numerous transport links nearby. Nowy Targ has already obtained the Green Building certificate and is applying for LEED Platinum. The office building has also received the Obiekt bez barier certificate, which proves that it is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, the elderly and parents with children. The building’s unusual architecture is the work of the renowned Wrocław studio Maćków Pracownia Projektowa, and its developer and contractor was Skanska.
