The certification process was supported by Sweco Poland, a company that has been working with Ghelamco for years, helping them obtain certifications for their previous developments. Craft has not only achieved BREEAM certification, but also has Green Building Standard and WELL pre-certification. It is currently in the process of obtaining WELL v2 certification and a WELL Health-Safety Rating, demonstrating its commitment to improving occupant health and safety.

Craft stands out for its architecture - the 55-meter-high structure dominates Chorzowska Street and the Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa. The office building, designed by Katowice-based Czora & Czora Architectural Studio, offers tenants 13 floors and six terraces overlooking the Katowice skyline. There are charging stations for electric vehicles, a full-service bicycle parking lot and underground parking for about 220 spaces, as well as an additional nearly 30 spaces in front of the building.

Ghelamco was the first developer in Poland to obtain a BREEAM certificate for its project, the Trinity Park III office building in Warsaw's Służewiec district, in 2010. Since then, all of the company's office developments have been certified under the BREEAM system. To date, four of Ghelamco's projects have earned the Outstanding rating: Wronia 31 and Warsaw UNIT in Warsaw, Kreo in Krakow and Craft in Katowice.
