Doraco, with 30 years of experience in the Polish general contracting market, boasts a portfolio that includes the modernization of the Pogoń Szczecin stadium, the expansion of the airport in Gdańsk, and the redevelopment of the port in Gdynia. In Warsaw, the company was responsible for the renovation of DT Smyk and the construction of Centrum Marszałkowska. Currently, Doraco is working on new headquarters for Sinfonia Varsovia and BGK. The lease transaction in New Saski Crescent was facilitated by Wood Lark, while CA Immo was supported by CBRE.
The New Saski Crescent is a boutique Class A office building located on Królewska Street in Warsaw. The building offers 15,000 m² of workspace and meeting areas. The property has received WELL pre-certification and WiredScore Platinum certification and is also pursuing BREEAM certification. The New Saski Crescent is equipped with advanced building management systems, including lighting control systems that reduce energy consumption and low-flow water-saving fixtures. At least 50% of the materials used in the renovation were sourced from recycled materials.
In February 2024, a global IT company signed a lease for over 6,000 m² in the Saski Crescent, with their team expected to join other tenants in the building later this year. The building's lobby features a location of Piekarnia Aromat, and further expansion of the gastronomic offerings is planned.
