The office building designed by the British architectural studio Rolfe Judd offers 18.5 thousand sq m. sqm of modern office space. Graffit received the maximum number of points in the BREEAM system for the materials used and waste management. The assessors also appreciated the facility for solutions that make the working environment comfortable and human-friendly. The building includes e.g. properly designed air-conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) systems ensuring low energy consumption, water consumption control systems, energy-saving lighting systems and a waste and pollution segregation system. All amenities effectively reduce tenants' costs and have a positive impact on the natural environment.

BREEAM In-Use International 2015 is a rating system for buildings used for at least two years. During the evaluation, the assessors analyze the applied solutions and technologies. in terms of their impact on the health and well-being of tenants, access to public transport, energy and water consumption, the use of materials that are safe for health and facilities for the disabled.
