Until now, Skyscraper Night was almost exclusively associated with Warsaw. In 2025, the event expands beyond the capital for the first time – and Gdańsk enters the spotlight. Representing the city is Olivia Star, a 180-meter tall tower that not only dominates the skyline but also sets the tone for the entire region. It’s a milestone that reflects the rapid development of Tri-City’s office market and growing national prestige.
Olivia Star Becomes a Stage
During this year’s edition of Skyscraper Night, the 34th floor of Olivia Star will open to visitors, offering a one-of-a-kind experience. Guests can relax on loungers with panoramic views of the Gdańsk Bay, enjoy live DJ sets, and take photos in specially prepared Instagrammable spots. The setting sun over the city will create a rooftop atmosphere reminiscent of New York’s finest sky lounges – combining music, architecture, and an urban lifestyle into a single unforgettable evening.
More than just sightseeing, this event will be an experience – a celebration of the city’s spirit and a demonstration of how modern office buildings can become open, social, and inspiring spaces.
Olivia Centre – Setting the Standard
While Olivia Star will undoubtedly steal the show during Skyscraper Night, it’s just one part of the broader Olivia Centre – the largest office complex in northern Poland. Located in the heart of Gdańsk’s Oliwa district, the development began in 2010 and is set to offer an impressive 230,000 sqm of leasable space. Seven buildings are already operational, including Olivia Gate, Tower, Four, Six, and Prime A & B.
More than 120 companies call Olivia Centre home – from global giants like Amazon, Bayer, Allianz, and PwC to fast-growing Polish firms and startups housed in the O4 coworking space.
A Place to Work, Live, and Grow
Olivia Centre goes far beyond traditional office space. The complex includes restaurants, cafés, a bakery, a preschool and nursery, a medical center with a pharmacy, a 24/7 fitness club, a beauty salon, a conference center, and numerous service points. It’s a complete ecosystem tailored to the daily needs of both large corporate teams and agile project groups.
The complex also hosts regular business, cultural, educational, and social events – from conferences and debates to art exhibitions, family festivals, and charity drives. Olivia Centre collaborates closely with the University of Gdańsk, actively sharing knowledge and engaging with the academic community.
Olivia Star – Design, Quality, Prestige
Olivia Star is more than just a high-rise – it’s a benchmark in sustainable architecture and user well-being. The building features a unique "breathing" façade that allows fresh air to circulate naturally. It has earned prestigious certifications including BREEAM Excellent, WELL, and WELL Health-Safety, affirming its commitment to environmental care and top-tier user comfort.
At its peak, the building houses Poland’s highest conference center – a 6-meter tall, nearly 800 sqm space that can host up to 400 guests, all while offering breathtaking views across the Tri-City.
A Symbol of the New Gdańsk
Olivia Star’s participation in Skyscraper Night is more than just a public event – it’s a statement. Gdańsk is no longer just a historic coastal city; it’s a modern, competitive business hub attracting investors, specialists, startups, and innovation leaders. Olivia Centre is living proof that functionality, beauty, community, and ambition can coexist in a single location.
This is what the city of the future looks like – one that people choose not only for work, but also for life.
May 31st, 2025 – save the date. Olivia Star will shine brighter than ever, and Gdańsk will officially join the skyline elite. It will be a night of music, light, connection, and vision. A night that confirms Tri-City’s growing presence on Poland’s business horizon.
