Wojdyła Business Park is situated just off the Wrocław inner ring road on ul. Muchoborska in Fabryczna district, about 7 km west of the city centre. The complex comprises a total of 27,700 sqm of office space in three self-contained five-storey buildings. It was developed and is owned by the Wojdyła group of companies. Its largest tenant is IBM, which in 2010 opened a 20,000 sqm IT service delivery centre in the complex.
