TCL Research Europe, an artificial intelligence and big data research and development company has leased app. 750 sqm on the fifth floor on the Grzybowska Park and was advised by Savills. Technical industry recruitment firm NES Fircroft has taken up 300 sqm on the first floor and was advised during the office selection process by Colliers. Savills represented the owner, Deka Immobilien, for both transactions.

Grzybowska Park is one of the few office buildings in the centre of the capital that has its own garden. The building’s tenants appreciate that on sunny days they can rest in the shade, among greenery, and regain the energy needed for work. Thanks to the remaining modernisation works, the building also features high-quality finishing materials and can confidently compete with new investments.

Grzybowska Park, which is situated at ul. Grzybowska 5a, comprises 10,370 sqm of office space. It currently has around 4,700 sq m available for lease with modules starting from 300 sqm. Refurbishment work on the common areas, including the reception area, elevator lobby and restrooms on each floor, was completed in December 2020. Showers for cyclists were installed and the greenery around the building was redesigned. In addition, the HVAC system is also being upgraded in the newly arranged office space to increase work comfort.
