The office market is still feeling the effects of numerous transformations that have taken place over the past two years. Companies are reorganizing their offices and introducing new work models. According to the Cushman & Wakefield report, "What is the future of offices?", 59 percent office tenants will ultimately implement a hybrid work model (it is 14 percentage points more than last year).
The Łódź office market has been enriched with a new project. Ogrodowa8 Cowork was created by Memos, a company of the Warimpex group. In the first stage of the project, future tenants will be offered workplaces in furnished two-, three- and five-person offices.
The hybrid model is gaining more and more popularity - according to the second edition of the survey of office buildings tenants conducted by Cushman & Wakefield. Experts emphasize that the basis is skilful change management, analysis of real needs and communication with employees.
