Business Services Center, a networking organization for Polish entrepreneurs under the banner of BNI, BNI+ and Corporate Connections, has joined the ranks of tenants in the DL Tower building in Katowice, Poland.
In the first quarter of 2024, the Warsaw office real estate market experienced a significant transformation. According to BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland's report "At a Glance. Office Market in Warsaw", the availability of new office space has decreased significantly compared to previous years. Increases in service charges have also slowed down, while lease extensions and modernization of old office buildings have become popular trends.
ZST (Integrated Technical Systems) has decided to expand its headquarters in the Batory I building, leasing additional office space. As a result of this expansion, the entire Batory I office building in Warsaw has been fully leased.
Adara, a distributor of cosmetic raw materials, will move to Oxygen Park, a Warsaw office complex owned by Golden Star Group. The company has leased 366 sqm of space on the 4th floor of Building A.
Technology company Spyrosoft, a leader in digital transformation, has decided to extend its presence in Wroclaw's Nowy Targ office building. The building is owned by a real estate fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate.
As of July 2024, the Labor Office of the City of Warsaw will be located in its new headquarters - the Renaissance Plaza office building at 18/20 Kasprzaka Street in Warsaw's Wola district. The institution has leased more than 3,700 sqm of space, occupying three floors: the first floor with a dedicated reception desk, the second floor and level -1, where the archive will be located.
In the Cube Office Park complex in Gdansk, modern serviced offices called Cube Flex have been inaugurated in an area of 800 square meters. Already 50% of these spaces have found tenants.
The Bridge skyscraper, located in Warsaw's Wola district, has reached its full height of 174 meters.
Construction of the last technical floor has been completed, and installation and finishing works are currently underway. A veined glass façade already covers 18 floors of the planned 40, which together offer 47,000 sqm of office space. Each floor is unique thanks to the building's sculpted massing. Jaroslaw Zagorski, managing director of Ghelamco Poland, stresses that The Bridge stands out from other Warsaw skyscrapers and will become a recognizable element of the city.
