CitySpace Novo will offer 2,500 square meters of modern office space, spread over two floors. The company has prepared 327 positions in dedicated offices and more than 30 spaces in coworking spaces. In addition, clients will have at their disposal spacious conference rooms, common relaxation areas, a game room and 19 offices for individual focused work.

The interior design project was carried out by Warsaw-based studio FruitOrchard by Miastkowska. In the negotiation and project management process, CitySpace was assisted by Savills, while the building's owner benefited from the expertise of Cushman & Wakefield.

CitySpace Novo is the operator's first project in a building outside Echo Investment's portfolio since 2016. Currently, there are already four CitySpace locations in the capital, offering a total of nearly a thousand workstations. The company's serviced offices are located in the Rondo 1 office building, at Plac Unii Lubelskiej, at 2 Pulawska Street, and in Mokotow at 1 Dziekońskiego Street and 12 Konstruktorska Street.

CitySpace, part of the Echo Investment Group, has been operating in the commercial real estate market since 2015 and currently has 11 locations in Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Katowice and Lodz.

Nowogrodzka Square is a six-story Class A office building located at 93 Jerozolimskie Avenue. The building offers nearly 11,000 square meters of office space and 148 underground parking spaces. Completed in autumn 2018, it received a BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating.
