Newton fully leased
- With the addition of Malopolskie Centrum Przedsiębiorczości to the tenants of the Korona complex, the Newton building is fully leased, notes Łukasz Jarzyło, director of the Office Leasing Department at GTC Poland.
Newton, one of the four buildings in the Korona complex, was completed in 2007. It has 10 floors and offers about 10,000 sqm of office space. In 2017, the complex underwent modernization, obtaining BREEAM In-Use certificates at the Excellent level and a Barrier-Free Facility, which testifies to its high quality and accessibility.

Korona complex in Krakow consists of Pascal, Galileo, Newton and Edison buildings, offering a total of about 38,000 sqm of office space. The location is very popular among tenants thanks to its modern solutions, convenient location and accessibility for people with disabilities.
