The office realization took 38 months and included location selection, lease agreement negotiations, as well as the design and execution of fit-out works. This process was carried out in a coordinated manner, involving expert teams from various fields, ranging from transactional advisory to interior architecture. The result is a space that meets the highest standards of comfort and work efficiency.
An Office Tailored to Its Users
The new Colliers office caters to the needs of different employee groups:
- Supernomad Ecosystem – specialists who visit the office mainly for meetings and short interactions, using conference rooms and mobile acoustic booths.
- Nomad Environment – individuals who combine meetings with individual work, using flexible spaces and lockers for personal belongings.
- Desk Nooks – employees requiring a permanent workspace for analytical work and concentration. Thanks to intelligent space reservation systems, every user can tailor their work environment to their current needs.
Client and Employee Zones – The Harmony of Two Worlds
The office is divided into two main sections:
Client Zone – a space for business meetings, inspiring workshops, and informal interactions, featuring a bar with a café, coworking spaces, and the multifunctional Bloom room.
