The Vibe office building, with 11 floors and 15,000 sqm of office space, is now 100 percent commercialized. Jaroslaw Zagorski, managing director of Ghelamco Poland, expressed his delight at the success of the building's commercialization: "Porsche is another company that has recently chosen Vibe for its office. As a result, we can already announce that the building is 100 percent commercialized, and that's just a few days after we put it into use for tenants."
Sustainability and Innovative TechnologiesPorsche's choice of the Vibe office building is in line with the company's values, which place great emphasis on environmental aspects. "We wanted our new office to be located in a place that, like the Porsche brand, pays special attention to environmental aspects and takes sustainability seriously. We will be working in a trend-setting facility that can also serve as an event space for us," stressed Wojciech Grzegorski, managing director of the Porsche brand in Poland.
The Vibe is powered by 100 percent clean energy and uses an advanced Building Energy Management System (BEMS) to significantly reduce energy consumption. The building has earned numerous sustainability certifications, including WELL, BREEAM, DGNB and Green Building Standard, as well as SmartScore and WiredScore certifications with a maximum rating of Platinum.
CBRE Poland's Support in the Office Selection ProcessCBRE Poland played a key role in advising Porsche on the selection of its new office. Pawel Dobrowolski, head of Tenant Representation at CBRE, stressed that the location and quality of the facility were as important as its environmental impact: "Location was an important element, but equally important was the aspect related to the quality of the facility and the impact it has on the environment. At Vibe, we were able to reconcile these two issues. The space will serve employees as well as customers and brand partners."
Comprehensive Infrastructure for EmployeesThe Vibe office building also offers extensive infrastructure for cyclists, including lockers, showers, bike parking and a self-service repair station. In addition, the building is equipped with chargers for electric cars and unicycles, an added benefit for environmentally-conscious tenants.
