Hays Poland and Sempire join the ranks of companies leasing office space in Poznan's prestigious Andersia Tower complex.
Recruitment firm Hays Poland will occupy 260 sqm in the facility, while agency Sempire, part of the Shoper group, has decided to lease 600 sqm.
Adara, a distributor of cosmetic raw materials, will move to Oxygen Park, a Warsaw office complex owned by Golden Star Group. The company has leased 366 sqm of space on the 4th floor of Building A.

As of July 2024, the Labor Office of the City of Warsaw will be located in its new headquarters - the Renaissance Plaza office building at 18/20 Kasprzaka Street in Warsaw's Wola district. The institution has leased more than 3,700 sqm of space, occupying three floors: the first floor with a dedicated reception desk, the second floor and level -1, where the archive will be located.
According to a report by consulting firm Newmark Polska, "Office Occupier - Office Market in Warsaw, Q1 2024," the Warsaw office market is entering a period of intensified activity in the conversion and modernization of office buildings. As the availability of offices in central locations declined in the first quarter of this year, tenants' interest in office buildings located outside the center increased. Developer activity remains stable, though relatively low for Warsaw, with a significant concentration in central zones, which account for almost 90% of the total volume of office space under construction.
Already 64% of Warsaw’s office buildings offer at least one retail or service unit, reveals Cushman & Wakefield. With new retail supply remaining low across Warsaw, retailers and service providers are increasingly looking for alternative locations. In addition, recent years have seen a significant shift in user preferences regarding the use of office space and types of services available in office buildings.
